Six years ago, our founder Kalv was a self-employed electrician working independently, committed to showing up on time, keeping his van spotless, and delivering the highest quality work with pride. It was these small but powerful habits that set him apart – and they quickly became the foundations of what Glowbolt stands for today.
As demand grew, Kalv brought in his brother-in-law Hardy to help build something bigger. Together, they focused not just on doing the job, but on doing it the right way – with professionalism, efficiency, and a sense of family at the heart of every project.
Fast forward to today, and Glowbolt has grown into a £multi-million business with a 10-strong team, all of whom share the same values that started it all: looking sharp, working smart, and treating clients with the respect and reliability they deserve.
